This is a blend of complex and intense coffee notes that will raise your spirits! For strong coffee aficionados, we have achieved the perfect dark roast blend. These coffee beans hail from Chiapas, Mexico. The perfect dark roasted coffee level creates an awesome full-bodied cup with hints of dark cocoa, nuts and caramelized sugar notes giving you a slight and sophisticated bittersweet aftertaste.

An homage to Felipe's father, Felipe "El Quimico" Romero's love of music, Austin, Texas and Carlos Santana, the Abraxus roast is a tribute to a man with a bohemian soul.

Suggested Preparation: 

Add 1 level tablespoon of coffee per cup of cold water.

For the perfect brew:

Measure up. Drip coffee is more forgiving than other methods as far as precise measurements go. Still, make sure not to overload or skimp—a safe rule of thumb is two healthy tablespoons of coffee per 16 oz of water. (That’s about one tablespoon per cup.)
